Custom Photo The brilliant colors of any photograph or logo can be recreated with our innovative Photo Patch Process. Using this unique, cutting edge technology; Norco is able to create a magnificent promotional item in meticulous detail that is usually not possible due to the limitations of traditional embroidered emblems. All Photo Patches are manufactured complete with a polyester heat seal backing and an excellent quality merrowed border. Hundreds of stock shapes are available as well as irregular and custom shapes. SIZE: All type fonts and important images must be a minimum of 3/16‚Δω inside the edge of the design to allow for the merrowed border

SIZE MEASUREMENT: The size of your Photo Patch is determined by square inches. Please multiply the length x the width to calculate size in order to determine your cost. Example: 2‚Δω x 3‚Δω = 6 square inches. A 3‚Δω circle would be 9 square inches (3‚Δω x 3‚Δω).

PROGRAM CHARGE: FREE

ARTWORK: $65.00(Z) if camera ready art is not supplied. One revision allowed without additional charges.

CLASSIFICATION: (P)

SAMPLES: $125.00 (V). This charge is WAIVED when an order is placed within 30 days of sample receipt. All sample revisions due to customer requested changes will result in an ADDITIONAL sample fee of $100.00(V).

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING WEIGHT: 18 lbs. per 500 pieces. This may vary according to size and shape.

PMS COLOR MATCHING: Available with this process at no additional charge.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: not available.

PRODUCTION TIME: 3 weeks if samples are not required. Samples will add a minimum 1 week to the delivery time.

IRREGULAR AND CUSTOM SHAPES: All irregular and custom shapes will be subject to a 25% surcharge to the unit cost in addition to a custom cutter fee of $200.00(V).
